Apple Leather
1 3/4 C smooth unsweetened applesauce
1 tbsp granulated sugar or honey
1/8 tsp cinnamon
Preheat oven to 150 degrees F. Line a 10x15-inch jelly roll pan with plastic wrap.
Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Using a spatula spread the mixture evenly in the pan not quite touching the edges. Place pan on center rack in oven and dry for about 7 hours, rotating pan halfway through.
When leather is done it will lift away from the plastic. Cool for 5 minutes in pan, then roll up. Cover roll with plastic wrap to store.
Slice off pieces of leather as desired.
