THE MARKET
The Farm Market
at Smiths' features many bins and baskets brimming with freshly
picked apples, as well as other farm produce including garlic,
pumpkins and squash. We also offer local preserves, honey from
our own hives, maple syrup, and more. |

FRESH
IN-STORE APPLES
Many varieties
of apples fresh from the orchard are found inside the Market.
Take home some of your favourites or try one of our new varieties.
We also offer convenient pre-filled 5-pound baskets and 10- and
20-pound bags for people who are on the go. If you'd like, one
of our staff members will be happy to offer you information on
the different varieties and some samples to help you choose. |

FROZEN GOODS
Frozen baked goods are available
right in the Market; our freezer is bursting with double-crust
and streusel-topped pies, crisps, and Smiths' Perfect Pastry Roll-Outs
(see below right). They're ready to take home--just bake and enjoy!

LOCAL FOODS
The Farm Market boasts other
fresh local produce besides crunchy delicious apples, such as
fresh garlic, several varieties of squash, and interesting pumpkins
and gourds.

  OTHER
LOCAL PRODUCTS
The Market is
also well stocked with local jams and jellies made by Windy
Hill Preserves, as well as pickles and relishes galore from
the Kountry Kitchen Cupboard. We have apple blossom honey from
our own bee hives and the best maple products made by our neighbours
down the road, The Stoners'.
Our
pasteurized apple cider, which is pressed using a mixture of
tree-picked apples, is like biting into a freshly picked apple!
Also look for apple peelers, cutters and corers, Photo Art Cards
by Tim
Lanthier Photography, and gourmet food items such as fair
trade coffee, copper kettle fudge, old-fashioned peanut brittle,
handmade caramel bars, caramel corn, and chocolate-covered fudge
pops.
