The cost of the tour is $5.75 + HST = $6.50, payable by cash
or cheque (payable to Smiths' Apples and Farm Market).
There is no fee for teachers, educational assistants and parent volunteers.
Payment is due upon arrival in a single envelope with the name of the school/organization
on the front.
*Please note there is a $100 minimum for educational tours.

Please consider the following points prior to attending an Educational Tour at Smiths’ Apples:
- Teachers are welcome to bring a list of points they would like covered; our
instructors will do their best to incorporate them into the tour.
- Expect to be at the farm for about two hours. Please do not bring packed lunches.
- Please advise students to dress appropriately for the weather. If there is
a chance of rain bring umbrellas, raincoats and boots.
There will be plenty of walking on grass, straw, and dirt, so please wear appropriate
footwear.
- We advise you to bring an EpiPen® if there are any students with an insect
sting allergy.
- For cancellations due to inclement weather, please phone Smiths’ at
(519) 832-2971 the morning of the tour. For cancellations due to another reason,
please phone ahead.
Please fax this completed form to (519) 832-3338. You will receive confirmation of your booking by email. Tours dates are booked on a first come, first serve basis.
