Cranberry Applesauce Loaf

3/4 C sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 C unsweetened applesauce
1/4 C vegetable oil
1 egg
2 tsp vanilla
1/2 C low-fat yogurt or sour cream
1 1/3 C all-purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 fresh or frozen cranberries

Topping:
1/4 quick-cooking oats
3 tbsp packed brown sugar
2 tbsp all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp vegetable oil
1 tsp water
Stir together in a small bowl; set aside.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a 9x5-inch loaf pan with cooking spray.

In a large bowl combine sugar, cinnamon, applesauce, oil, egg, vanilla, and yogurt.

In another bowl mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cranberries. Mix into applesauce mixture until just combined. Pour into loaf pan.

Sprinkle topping over and press lightly into batter.

Bake about 45 minutes. Cool before slicing.
