Dutch Apple Pie

1 ready-to-use refrigerated pie crust (such as Smiths' Perfect Pastry Rollouts)
1 x 250 g pkg cream cheese, softened
1/2 C sugar, divided
1 egg
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 C + 2 tbsp flour, divided
1 tsp cinnamon
4 apples, peeled, cored and thinly sliced
1/2 C brown sugar
1/2 C rolled oats
1/2 C cold butter, cut up

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Line a 9-inch pie plate with crust. Beat cream cheese and 1/4 C sugar with mixer until well blended. Add egg and vanilla; mix well. Spread onto bottom of crust.

Mix remaining sigar, 2 tbsp flour and cinnamon. Add to apples in large bowl; toss to coat. Spoon over cream cheese layer.

Mix remaining flour, brown sugar and oats in large bowl. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs; sprinkle over apple mixture. Cover with foil.

Bake in bottom third of oven about 50 min. or until apples are tender, uncovering after 20 min.
