Maple Apple Crunch
1 1/2 C graham cracker crumbs
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 C soft butter or margarine
4 large apples, peeled, cored, and thinly sliced
1/2 C maple syrup
Mix together crumbs, cinnamon and margarine.
Arrange apples in a large casserole dish. Cover with maple syrup. Top with crumb mixture
Bake at 325 degrees F for 35 minutes. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
