Pumpkin Pie
1 9" unbaked pie shell
1 1/2 C pumpkin puree
3/4 C sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground ginger
3 eggs
1 1/2 C whole milk
2 tbsp melted butter
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In a large bowl whisk pumpkin, sugar, cinnamon, ginger, and eggs. Add milk and melted butter. Pour into pie shell.
Bake 35-40 minutes, or until centre is set. Serve at room temperature with lightly sweetened whipped cream.
