We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about providing excellent customer service, maintaining a well-organized store, and assisting with daily operations.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers, providing information about products and services.

  • Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately.

  • Restock shelves and maintain store displays to ensure a clean and inviting shopping environment.

  • Assist with inventory management, including receiving and organizing stock.

  • Provide support in other areas of the farm market as needed, such as packaging products or helping in the bakery.

  • Follow store policies and health regulations to ensure a safe shopping experience.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Flexibility to work both weekdays and weekends.

  • Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.

  • A positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a friendly, team-oriented environment.

  • Reliable transportation to and from the farm
